  This service is charged at an hourly rate, and depending on your location a call out fee may be payable.  We aim to have issues identified as quickly as possible.  Once the problem has been identified, if it cannot be fixed within the business day, and/or represents a significant development or rewrite, we will discuss this with you and provide you with an estimate to complete.
• Support by email
  You may send us a document via email for a free initial assessment, following which we will provide you with an estimate for resolving the issue.

For more substantial Microsoft Office solutions the process is the same as for Bespoke Software Development (see below).
